HORYZONTALNE DZIAŁANIA INCO, MIĘDZYNARODOWE DZIAŁANIA HRM

Uczestnictwo i finansowanie Krajów Trzecich
Wszystkie Kraje Trzecie mogą uczestniczyć w horyzontalnych działaniach INCO. Kraje INCO są finansowane bez ograniczeń. Finansowanie innych Krajów Trzecich jest możliwe, jeśli Work Programme to przewiduje lub jeśli jest to istotne dla projektu. W działaniach HRM (Blok 2) Kraje Trzecie mogą uczestniczyć i być finansowane zgodnie ze specyficznymi regułami HRM.

Instrumenty finansowe PR6
Reguły uczestnictwa zależą od tego, jaki instrument jest użyty w konkursie. Jest sześć głównych instrumentów,

Sieci Doskonałości (Networks of Excellence, NoE),

Projekty Zintegrowane (Integrated Projects, IP),

Specyficzne Celowe Projekty Badawcze (Specific Targeted Research Projects, STREP),

Akcje Koordynacyjne (Coordination Actions, CA),

Specyficzne Akcje Wspierające (Specific Support Actions, SSA),

Akcje Marie Curie (Marie Curie Actions),
a także kilka instrumentów dodatkowych. Poniżej są podane ogólne reguły uczestnictwa (patrz Call Text konkursu).

SPECYFICZNE DZIAŁANIA INCO

Uczestnictwo i finansowanie Krajów INCO
Te działania są skierowane na Kraje INCO (inne Kraje Trzecie mogą w nich uczestniczyć). W konsorcjach konkursów INCO wymagana jest obecność organizacji z Krajów INCO. Uczestnictwo Krajów INCO jest w pełni finansowane z budżetu INCO.

Instrumenty finansowe
Reguły uczestnictwa zależą od tego, jaki instrument jest użyty w konkursie. Konkursy INCO używają trzech instrumentów finansowych: STREP, CA i SSA. Poniżej są podane ogólne reguły uczestnictwa (patrz Call Text konkursu).

Develop, promote, organise, and structure the participation of INCO target countries in the activities of the Sixth Framework Programme, especially in the thematic priorities

Transregional network building (i.e. MPC, WBC, and NIS) for research centres, both on a thematic and geographical basis

Skills building, training and awareness actions

Evaluation of research systems of the Third Partner Countries and analysis of S/T co-operation between the EU and these countries with the view to realising the opening of ERA to the rest of the world

Analysis of S/T co-operation with third countries in terms of conformity with Community external policies

Definition of comprehensive international co-operation schemes including Community external and RTD policies
